      Fair procedure is a sine quo non of every modern criminal justice system. An encumbrance procedure sometime leads to miscarriage of justice. The course is designed to acquaint students with different systems of criminal law on one hand and to compare and analyze the procedures of various countries to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the procedures in the criminal justice systems on other hand.
