4. To introduce and analyze the various legislations governing collective bargaining and
laws relating to trade union and their judicial interpretation by different courts in India.
5. To impart knowledge and understand general principles of collective bargaining
legislations and trade union including recent developments in both organized and the
unorganized sectors in the light of the ethics, values and human rights to be
implemented.
6. To impart knowledge and understand general principles of labour and industrial laws
including gender sensitization in the light of the development and legislations, ethics,
values and human rights to be implemented by corporations.
